STEP 1 Establish a CONTACT PERSON. This person will be the
only contact we will use to simplify and insure less confusion and
complications.
STEP 2 CONTACT PERSON will contact
PULSE TAG ID IMMEDIATELY to establish participation
in the GTC PROGRAM. Your GTC needs to be given a special code allowing
us to build, coordinate and track your progress.
STEP 3 LOGO and CUSTOMIZATION. If your GTC will be using
a special logo or design for each member’s PULSE
TAG ID sets, this will be discussed further at this time.
STEP 4 PAYMENT OPTIONS Just as with any individual order,
payment will be required when ordering all GTC’s. There are
two payment options you can choose from. They are as follows.
OPTION A For GTCs who will decide to take advantage of GTC
benefits and pricing while having each member order and pay for
their own set. Each member will log on to the PULSE
TAG ID web site and go DIRECTLY to the GTC order page.
There they will be able to enter their individual information and
SPECIAL GTC CODE. They will be able to pay for their order
at that time.
OPTION B For GTC’s that wish to have one complete payment
for the entire membership. This option needs to be established before
anyone orders. There will be a payment made for the members prior
to any ordering. Once payment is qualified, the membership will
then be able to enter the same “GTC ORDER PAGE” and their
designated code will allow them to place their orders.
FOR ALL GTC ORDERS
An “ORDERING WINDOW” of 14 DAYS will be designed to allow
members to complete their orders. Once this window closes, all orders
will be shipped to the CONTACT PERSON. A courtesy window will extend
another 14 DAYS. This will enable the remainder of orders to be
completed. At the end of this period all PULSE
TAG ID sets will be shipped to that same CONTACT PERSON.
ALL GTC ORDERS WILL BE INITIALLY PRICED AT $7.95 per set.
ONCE THE TWO 14 DAY ORDER WINDOWS ARE OVER, A FINAL ACCOUNTING WILL
BE DONE TO DETERMINE THE ULTIMATE PRICE EVERYONE WILL BE PAYING.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN $7.95 AND THE FINAL TIER PRICE DETERMINED
BY THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ORDERS WILL BE MAILED IN ONE CHECK TO THE
CONTACT PERSON FOR THEIR GTC OFFERS.
A FINAL LIST OF ALL MEMBERS WHO ORDERED FOR YOUR GTC WILL BE PROVIDED
WITH THE CHECK FOR YOUR VERIFICATION AND ACCOUNTING PURPOSES.
WE ENCOURAGE YOUR MEMBERS TO HAVE AS MANY OF THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY
MEMBERS ORDER UNDER YOUR GTC CODE.
BECAUSE…
1. THEY WILL RECEIVE THE SAME BENEFIT OF SPECIAL PRICING AS YOU
DO.
2. THEIR ORDERS WILL ADD TO YOUR GTC TOTAL, WHICH WILL PUT YOUR
GTC INTO THE LOWEST PRICE LEVEL FOR THE FINAL ACCOUNTING.
3. YOUR GTC WILL ALSO RECEIVE THE FINAL PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR THEIR
ORDERS ALSO.
In the event that the pre-purchased quantity of PULSE TAG ID sets
are
not ordered, a FULL REFUND will be made for the unused amount.
